How it works and How to start ordering:

1. Add your personalized information in the text box below the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. Alternatively, you can email your wording to hello@paperstudiobyc.com
2. 24/48h after placing your order, you will receive your first digital proof via email. We offer three digital proofs free of charge.
3. You will receive our personalized customer support to personalize the set as you wish. Simply let us know the changes you would like, and we will provide you with a new digital proof.
4. When you’re happy with the proofs, we will ask you to proofread again, as a precaution. We will only proceed to print and produce after receiving your final approval.
5. After getting your final approval, you’ll be provided with an estimated shipping date.
6. You will receive everything ready to assemble yourselves.
7. Watch the video demo in the product photos to learn how to assemble them by yourself.
8. You’ll get our support via Telegram, in case you have any questions (a link to Telegram will be provided).

DIY / How to assemble:

1. Use double-sided tape on the back of the invitation card to attach the kraft frame card onto the backing.
2. In the front middle of the invitation, place the blank card (sent to you) horizontally, where the belly band will be assembled.
3. Wrap the burlap around the invitation card + blank card.
4. Hold the burlap and wrap it around the belly 5 times and tie a knot on the back of the invitation card/belly band.
5. Apply hot glue to the wooden piece, but avoid applying hot glue to the top of the “&” (Only apply hot glue to the wooden piece that will adhere to the burlap. If the wooden piece won’t cover the burlap, do not apply hot glue in that area).
6. Press the wooden piece with your hand and swipe the blank card, as in the video demo. Repeat this part 3 times (pressing the wooden piece and swiping the card).

Read this if you’re from the US – We recommend hand-canceling your wedding invitations to prevent the envelopes from tearing. Depending on the state, the shipping cost may increase significantly (US Post Offices offers bulk discounts).
