We Stand Behind Our Work.
We will accept general returns and exchanges on any unopened products within 30 days of purchase. If you find any issue or something wrong with an item you receive, we will make it right. If your item is damaged or flawed, please let us know within 30 days of receipt, and we will replace it or refund you for it right away.
Email us to report an issue with any item and include the following information:
1. Your order #
2. Brief description of the problem
3. Photo illustrating the issue
4. Your preference for a replacement or a refund
Rustic Chic Paper Studio hasn’t started the process of the proofs: If you purchased a deposit and can no longer move forward with us, a refund may be granted within 10 days as long as digital proofs have not been started.
Rustic Chic Paper Studio started the process of the proofs: If you purchased a deposit and can no longer move forward with us, but Rustic Chic Paper Studio started creating your first draft/proof, Rustic Chic Paper Studio cannot refund the cost of the Deposit.
Rustic Chic Paper Studio always does its best to photograph and describe all items as honestly as possible, including videos on their products.
Anyway, if for any reason, the customer is not completely satisfied with the purchase, the items can be returned in a period of 30 days of the original order shipment date and the client will be refunded if aren’t personalized orders.
Please include a picture of the product in question, your original order number, and reasons for dissatisfaction.
The returned items cannot be personalized items.
The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping a returned order in the case of deciding to return a product for other reasons than, Rustic Chic Paper Studio error or poor quality of the items. Is strongly recommended that you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the event that we do not receive the returned product.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS REFUNDS
If the customer receives a damaged product and it’s proven to be the result of human error, there are available three options to solve the situation:
- Return of product for full refund
- Return of product for exchange for other product
- Partial refund and keep the item
Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- PaperStudioByC is not responsible for misspellings or incorrect wording once your final proof has been approved.
- Since wording and order details may change during the process, we suggest carefully checking over all details before giving us the go-ahead for production. We recommend having family and friends proofread the final version for spelling and grammar.
- A detailed invoice will be provided before production.
- Once the final proof is approved and your invoice has been paid, all order details like wording, materials, and quantities are considered approved.
