Terms and Conditions – Customs Fees

1. It is your responsibility to proofread your proofs. Please do so carefully before submitting the final approval. I cannot Refund/Replacement will not be issued for errors or misspellings you have approved.
2. PaperStudioByC is not responsible for misspellings or incorrect wording once your final proof was approved.
3. Returns cannot be accepted and refunds are not issued based on color. Please note that because all computer monitors display colors differently, colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the printed product.
4. All invitation orders are shipped with delivery and signature confirmation. Refunds/Replacements cannot be issued for lost or undelivered orders resulting from an incorrect or outdated address that you may have entered at checkout.

All orders are shipped very carefully in a package. All items are bubble-wrapped to protect the items. If any item is damaged, please contact PaperStudioByC as soon as possible by messaging us on Contact Us or by email (, send pictures of the damaged item and the outside of the box that is damaged too. Rustic Chic Paper Studio will contact you as soon as possible.

One order is a missing order after the Postal Service Shipping considers it missing by opening a missing order process.
If one order is considered missing, PaperStudioByC is responsible for sending a new order. However, the customer is responsible for payment of the shipping value.
In case the order is delivered to another person or delivered to another destination because the customer has given a wrong address, PaperStudioByC is not responsible, but we could help you to find a solution to the problem.


For all purchases, the taxes are all included in the final price of the order.


All orders are shipped by Correio Azul International or Fast Shipping by FedEx.

Europe: +/- 3-10 business days
Rest of the World: +/- 10-20 working days
CUSTOM ORDERS shipment may request signature confirmation.

Rest of the World: +/- 3-6 business days
ALL ORDERS may request signature confirmation.

Keep in mind that international orders could be delayed by local customs and may incur local import duties and charges that are the responsibility of the buyer. All orders by Regular Shipping or FedEx are shipped with a tracking number that will be provided to the buyer in an email from PaperStudioByC.
PaperStudio ship most of the custom/bulk orders by FedEx. It’s a safe and fast delivery company, and we are happy with the service. PaperStudio carefully packs all orders to be safe during shipment and arrive in perfect condition. If you have a complaint about your order, we are happy to help you so please contact us to find the best solution. Thankfully we have not had any complaints to date.

Shipments are delivered to the Receiver’s address given by our customer. 
FedEx may notify the Receiver of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. The receiver may be offered alternative delivery options such as (1) delivery on another day, (2) no signature required, (3) redirection, or collection at a FedEx Service Point. The Shipper may exclude some delivery options on request.
>> PaperStudio is not responsible for lost mail when:
1. The Receiver asked to leave the mail without a signature.
2. The Receiver asked to leave the mail in another place/address.
3. The Receiver asked to leave the mail with another person that is not the same as the Package/Recipient.

Bulk orders shipped by FedEx will require the signature of the destination. In case the order exceeds the expected arrival time, a complaint will be made to the post office delivery service, by PaperStudioByC. This service will check the order and finish the process, informing us if they find/do not find the order and give us the signature of the destination.

WEDDING INVITES – allow 9/12 working days
EVERYTHING ELSE – allow 5/12 working days
> The above timelines are suggested and not guaranteed, and usually, never take more than 9/12 working days.
> If you need a guaranteed completion date, we suggest placing a rush order (ask Rustic Chic for availability).
> It’s a team effort and we will work on your design together. Please respond to our emails on a daily basis if you would like to stay within our suggested timelines.

> If you would like to rush your order, ask for availability when you’re starting the process with us. 
> A completion date is guaranteed before 72h (business days) of order confirmation/placement.

The value varies depending on the quantity:

10-30 invitations —> $35 usd
31-50 invitations —> $45 usd
51-75 invitations —> $55 usd
76-100 invitations —> $65 usd
101-125 invitations —> $75 usd
more than 126 invitations —> $95 usd

> 7/11 business days for everything else

> The U.S. Postal Service has machines that print bar codes on the envelopes, but hand-canceling (just marking each stamp – by a postal worker) keeps invitations neat and prevents damage that machines can cause.
