Terms and Conditions

1. Understand that it is your responsibility to proofread your proofs. Please do so carefully before submitting the final approval. I cannot Refund/Replacements will not be issued for errors or misspellings you have approved.
2. PaperStudioByC is not responsible for misspellings or incorrect wording once your final proof was approved.
3. Returns cannot be accepted and refunds are not issued based on color. Please note that because all monitor computer is differently calibrated, and colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the printed product.
4. All invitations orders are shipped with delivery and signature confirmation. The refunds/Replacements cannot be issued for lost or undelivered orders resulting from an incorrect or outdated address that you may have entered at checkout.

All orders are shipped very carefully on the package. All items are involved with plastic bubbles to protect the items. If any item is damaged, please contact PaperStudioByC as soon as possible by a message on Contact Us or by email ( and send pictures with the damaged item and the outside of the box that is damaged too. PaperStudioByC will contact as soon as possible.

One order is a missing order after the Postal Service Shipping considered after opening a process as missing.
If one order is considered missing PaperStudioByC is responsive for sending a new order. However, the customer is responsible for payment of the shipping value.
In case the order is delivered to another person or delivered to other destinations because the customer gives a wrong address, PaperStudioByC is not responsive, but we could help to get a solution to the problem.


For all purchases, the taxes are all included in the final price of the order.


All orders are shipped by Correio Azul International or Fast Shipping by FedEx.

REGULAR MAIL DEADLINES – Delivery times provided:
Portugal (mainland): +/- 1-3 business days
Portugal (Islands): +/- 2-5 business days
Europe: +/- 3-10 business days
Rest of the World: +/- 10-20 working days
CUSTOM ORDERS shipment may request confirmation of signature.

FAST SHIPPING by FedEx – Delivery times provided:
Portugal (mainland): +/- 24h 
Portugal (Islands): +/- 24/48 h
Europe: +/- 1/3 business days
US: +/- 1/3 business days
Rest of the World: +/- 3-6 business days
ALL ORDERS may request confirmation of the signature.

Have in mind that international orders could be delayed by local customs and may incur local import duties and charges that are the responsibility of the buyer. All orders by Regular Shipping or FedEx we ship with the tracking number that will be provided to the buyer as PaperStudioByC sent the mail.
PaperStudio ship most of the custom orders by FedEx. It’s a safe and fast delivery company, and we are happy with the service. PaperStudio carefully packs all orders to be safe during shipment and arrived in perfect conditions. Any complaint about the order, we are glad to help and contact us to get the best solution for you. Gladly we have no claims until today.

Shipments are delivered to the Receiver’s address given by our customer. 
FedEx may notify the Receiver of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. The receiver may be offered alternative delivery options such as (1) delivery on another day, (2) no signature required, (3) redirection, or collection at a FedEx Service Point. Shipper may exclude some delivery options on request.
>> PaperStudio is not responsible for lost mails when:
1. The Receiver asked to leave the mail without a signature.
2. The Receiver asked to leave in another place/address.
3. The Receiver asked to leave the mail with another person that is not the same that is in the Package/Recipient.

Custom orders will require the signature of the destination. In case the order exceeds the expecting time to arrive, it will be made a complaint to the post office delivery service, from PaperStudioByC. This service will check the order and finished the process telling if they do not found the order of if they found the order and give the print of the signature of the destination.

WEDDING INVITES – allow 7/11 working days
EVERYTHING ELSE – allow 5/11 working days
> The above timelines are suggested and not guaranteed, but usually never takes more than 9/11 working days.

> All PaperStudioByC envelopes, invites, materials, and font styles have been approved for mailing by our local post office.
> We highly suggest that you order extra invites to account for lost, damaged, or returned that may occur during the invite transit time when in the hands of the USPS.

> The U.S. Postal Service has machines that print bar codes on the envelopes, but hand-canceling (just marking each stamp – by a postal worker) keeps invitations neat and prevents damage that machines can cause.
