HOW TO START THE PROCESS
– WEDDING INVITATIONS // BABY SHOWER INVITATIONS –
>>>>> SAMPLES – Samples are pre-made and you’ll receive as you see online. Place your order to receive the sample by mail.
>>>>> CUSTOM ORDERS – Purchase the “DEPOSIT” to start ordering process with us.
- The value we ask as “DEPOSIT” is the value to start ordering with us.
- After we receive your payment, we will contact you in 24h to start the process.
- We will work together with the samples and email you digital pictures of the wording. Have in mind that this process can go back and forth until you are satisfied with results.
- After your final approval of the text invitation and all personalizations, I’ll create your new custom listing for you could purchase and place the final order.
- “DEPOSIT” value will be subtracted from your final price and shipping value will be added.
- After your payment received, we will start the production.
- We pack all the items with precaution to guarantee that they will arrive safe and perfect.
- We ship your order and send you the tracking number.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE INK COLORS, WORDING, FONTS & MATERIALS?
Yes! Complimentary changes to the wording, font styles, ink colors, envelope colors, backing paper color, and belly band colors/types can all be done during our ordering/email process.
CAN I REMOVE OR ADD ELEMENTS?
Yes! Is possible customize your product. We try to help you and create a new sample that you would like to make uniquely yours.

If you’ve purchased a deposit and can no longer move forward with us, a refund may be granted within 10 days as long digital proofs have not been started.
– PAPER GOODS >>>> AFTER PROCESS OF PROOFS STARTED
We are unable to grant any refunds or exchanges based on the custom nature of each order. We are extremely committed to working with you until you are completely happy with your purchase.
PROCESS, PROOFS, PRINT, AND SHIP
The personalized orders process start with the digital proofs. After we receive your email with all wording and personalizations, we will send you the first digital proof.
All wording, ink color, and font style will be worked during this process.
When you’re happy with the proofs and we have your final approval we will create your listing. We will contact you sending your listing described with all that is included and prices.
The next step is purchasing the listing.
Once your amount has been paid, allow up to 7/11 working days for production.
A tracking number will be provided once we ship your order.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
– PaperStudioByC is not responsible for misspellings or incorrect wording once your final proof has been approved.
– Since wording and order details may change during the process, we suggest carefully checking over all details prior to giving us the go-ahead for production. We suggest having family and friends proofread the final version for spelling and grammar.
– A detailed invoice will be provided prior to production.
– Once the final proof is approved and your invoice has been paid, all order details like wording, materials, and quantities are considered approved.
