• Etc.

As a vendor submitting an event – please ensure that you have express written permission from the couple/family to be featured, and confirmation that they are willing to share their story on my blog. 

As a bride/family member submitting an event – please ensure that you have express written permission from the photographer. 

We simply want everyone to be informed and excited about their feature.

IMAGE REQUIREMENTS:

• Weddings: 25-100 images
• Proposals, engagements and showers: 10-25 images
• Baptisms and birthdays: 10-25 images

Please include a mix of vertical and horizontal photographs.

FEATURE INFORMATION:

From a proposal to a baby shower, it’s essential to get all the information.

Please include a brief description of the event.  We value hearing the stories that our featured couples and families have to tell, and we feel that adding that information will immerse the reader in the story.  We conduct an email interview for each feature, so please include the appropriate email address in your submission, to allow us to contact the person directly. 

To speed up your publication time – feel free to include the answers to the questions below in your submission email, as these are some of the interview questions that we will ask each couple/family:

WEDDINGS:

A brief description of the following:

• Can you describe the proposal?
• Can you describe your wedding day?
• What is your favorite wedding day memory?
• What is your advice for brides currently in the planning process?
• If it was today, would you change anything?
• What is that moment that you’ll remember forever?

PROPOSALS & ENGAGEMENTS:

• A brief description of the proposal and how you met.
• Of all your wedding plans, what are you looking forward to the most?

BRIDAL SHOWER:

• A brief description of the bridal shower.
• Of all your wedding plans, what are you looking forward to the most?

BABY SHOWER, GENDER REVEAL, BIRTHDAY PARTY, ADULT PARTIES:

• A brief description.
• Now that your event is over, do you have any advice or thoughts?

HOW TO SUBMIT:

Please send your submission by email.  You can send the files via Zip folder, Dropbox, Google folder, or share a cloud file.  We will happily share links of vendors or photographers, if you provide us with this information. 

What we will need:

• Images sized to at least 660px wide
• Short description of the event
• Complete vendor list with website links & social profiles
