Once you place an order, we will update you each step of the way including when to expect delivery with a shipment confirmation email. For all current orders, please visit your account information for the most recent status update.
Generic Samples:
These are pre-made and are ready to ship. Expect 2/4 working days to ship your samples.
Personalized Samples:
We have to create a new sample for you. Expect 3/5 working days to ship your samples.
Custom Orders and Stationery:
During the process of the proofs: this process will take the time you need until you’re totally satisfied with the proofs. During this process, we will make all the changes in the colors, fonts, envelopes and other items we are working.
After you place the final order, the turnaround time for Wedding Invitations and Stationery is 9/12 working days. The timeline is suggested and not guaranteed, but never takes more than 11 working days.
If you’re with a rush and need the order earlier, please contact us. We have a Rush Order Service that will help you and we ship the order in 24/72h.
> SHIPPING <
Once your order is quality checked and securely packed, your order will ship to you via FedEx. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package, the delivery location and shipping speed. Please note that PaperStudio is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen issues outside of our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
When we ship a mail by FedEx // delivery times provided:
Portugal (mainland): 24h
Portugal (Islands): 24/48 h
Europe: 1/3 business days
US: 2/3 business days
Rest of the World: 3-6 business days
ALL ORDERS may request confirmation of signature.
When we ship a mail by Regular mail // delivery times provided:
Portugal (mainland): 1-3 business days
Portugal (Islands): 2-5 business days
Europe: 3-7 business days
US: 7/20 business days
Rest of the World: +/- 10-20 working days
